1 tablespoon salt (optional)

조리 방법

1. Place the raw peanuts in a large bowl and cover with water. Add salt if desired. Soak for 4-6 hours or overnight.

2. Drain the peanuts and rinse thoroughly.

4. Spread the soaked peanuts evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

5. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shells are crispy and lightly browned.

7. Once cooled, crack the shells open to extract the peanuts inside.

8. Optional: Roast the shelled peanuts for an additional 5-10 minutes for extra flavor.
